Frequently Asked Questions

How long does it take to receive my order?

All calligraphy items and accessories are handmade. After placing your order, please send us an email with your order number and any personalization details. Once we confirm spelling/grammar with you, please allow 14 business days for production. You will then receive a notification once we deliver your package to our postage partners. Shipping times are dependent on your choice at check out and postage partner timelines. There is a chance you will receive your items sooner than indicated at checkout.

Can I make changes to my order?

Yes, we allot a 24 hour grace period for orders that are not personalized. For personalized orders, you are allowed to request changes up until final confirmation and production commencement.

Can I request a refund?

Due to the personalized nature of our products, refunds are limited to broken/damaged goods and will be verified via photo. Please email us at splendorousthings@gmail.com to process a claim. 

What if I am not happy with my order?

We hope that you love our products as much as we do, but understand if it is not your specific taste. We encourage you to order a sample before buying your full order, if available. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate refunds/exchanges at this time.

Do you make and ship signage?

You may know of us for making special event signage such as entrance/welcome signs, seating charts, signature drink, and other signs in the past. We loved this chapter of our business and hope to return to it some day. Please sign up for our newsletter or follow us on instagram for notifications.

Where are your classes located and do you travel?

Sip and Script workshops are hosted nationally by many different talented calligraphers. Jennifer of Splendorous Things will only be hosting classes locally in New Jersey. If you have a private event that you would specifically like our representation at, please send an email with the details and we will get back to you. 

I have a concern/question about an upcoming class that I have purchased tickets for.
